MAHLANGU HOUSING SOLUTIONS provides modern and affordable housing solutions for families, landlords, investors and property developers. From modular and precast homes to Wendy / Nutec structures, crafted containers and brick houses, we help clients move from enquiry to a practical, ready-to-build solution.
Established in 2012 and based in Mbombela / White River, Mpumalanga, we serve clients across South Africa and selected areas of Lesotho.

Cost depends on the house type, size, specification, finishes, location, delivery and installation. Precast example sizes are listed on this website as a starting point. For modular, Wendy / Nutec, container and brick options, request a quotation so we can price the actual brief.
Delivery can be arranged. The cost depends on location, distance, house size, number of units, site access and related logistics. We do not publish a single delivery tariff because every site is different. Request a delivery quote with your location.
Installation can be included where the site and scope allow. Installation requirements, site conditions and access all affect the quotation. Confirm during consultation whether you need supply only, or supply with installation.
We are based in Mbombela / White River, Mpumalanga, and we assist clients across South Africa and in selected areas of Lesotho. Coverage for a specific town is confirmed when we quote delivery and installation.
Yes. Floor plans, room sizes, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, finishes, windows, doors, roofing and selected services can be discussed and quoted. Custom work is specified in the quotation so the scope is clear before you confirm.
Bathrooms can be included where the house type and quotation specify them. Layout, fittings and finishes are confirmed in the proposal — they are not assumed on every package.
